Joined THEMIS PHARMA LTD as ZONAL MANAGER ( SOUTH), and streamlined distribution system, sales management, man management and increased PCPM.
Performed as MARKETING MANAGER at renowned pharmaceutical company NATCO PHARMA LTD, appointed C&F Agents , new distributors to increase sales volume in entire region and got successful results.
As he was proficient and efficient in Sales and Marketing, he was offered GENERAL MANAGER -SALES AND MARKETING TITLE in GALAXY NUTRACEUTICAL, and under his management launched NUTRIVITA brand and appointed C&F Agents across India and positioned the brand at all top brand shelves in the country and as a result to his marketing strategies and sales efforts promoted as VICE PRESIDENT- SALES AND MARKETING.
After his successful stint with the company, he was offered role as strategic partner in sales and marketing in several other medium enterprises and has been an advisor to many companies in their marketing campaigns and in framing their sales strategies for meeting their annual performance targets.
After a dream-like successful run in his career, he always wanted to start his own pharmaceutical company that markets only patented products, so that the latest superior therapeutics will be available to the Indian population at the earliest ie., before patent expiry. After envisioning, he built a successful business model that provides superiority and differentiation against competitors with his expertise in sales and marketing which benefits all the stakeholders involved : investors, patients and healthcare professionals.
He is always open to new ideas which creates new possibilities in solving problems and is all ears when it comes to innovative medicines that serve people better and are first in its class, compared to available generics which comes after patent expiry which is mostly after 20 years of its launch.
